Findhorn is one of Scotland's most prized beaches, sitting on the Moray Firth, and home to a charming fishing and sailing village.

The small sailing village of Findhorn is home to one of Scotland's prettiest beach-side marinas. Blessed with a famously bright and warm micro-climate, the village is bustling with little cafes, homely pubs, and plenty of water-sports and seaside action. To the east of the village lies a landscape of dramatic dunes set against a long, flat beachfront; while to the west is the calm of the bay, and the tall trees of the forest which is accessed by a regular water taxi.

The Moray Firth is famous for its dolphins and other wildlife. Findhorn is just a short (and stunning) cycle away from the market town of Forres. Alternatively, make your way along the coast and visit the active fishing port of Burghead or the award-winning sands of Lossiemouth.

Findhorn is located in between Inverness and Aberdeen international airports. It is accessible via train from all major cities, and by car from Edinburgh and Glasgow via the A9.

YOUR OWN PERSONAL RETREAT.

YOUR OWN PERSONAL RETREAT.

A Findhorn Beach Hut is a fantastic investment - not just in a highly desirable and coveted seaside property, but also in a slower, more relaxed and happier way of life. Designed and built to an exceptional standard, the huts enjoy a prime position on a world-renowned stretch of pristine beach. Used by residents and visitors alike, the beach is alive with activity with the huts and its heart.

Each hut will measure in at a generous 2 x 2.5m and will have a wide door facing onto the glittering Moray Firth. The huts are extremely robust with very deep piled foundations. To guard against flooding, the Huts will stand on solid timber piles. The huts are also engineer designed to be wind resistant - a peaceful retreat which will stand the test of time.

Every single Finhorn Beach Hut is an individual creation - a personal space where you can retreat and be yourself. Choose from five colours: from vibrant blues to soft ivory. The rest is up to you! What will you do with your hut?

The huts are located close to ample car parking and picnic areas - the perfect match for a great day out.

Just 30 of these Beach Huts have been approved by the local council for this prime beach location, making them of limited availability.
